Here’s an overview of all the main parts of the property as well as some practical info & details.
THE MAIN HOUSE
The ground floor consists of a large living area with an open fire, dining table for 10 persons, a flatscreen TV, bluetooth stereo, an open full equipped kitchen (american refrigerator, dishwasher, cooking range and oven 90cm), a large bathroom with a double walk-in shower, separate toilet with basin and a laundry with washing machine and a dryer.
On the first floor there are 4 doubles bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with each a large walk-in shower and 2 separate toilets.
On the terrace you can relax in the shady sitting area or have a quite lunch with a view on the Mediterranean Sea.
AROUND THE POOL
A few steps down you will reach the infinity pool (14 x 7m).
Around the pool there’s a separate bar with a lounge under an old olive tree, where you can also enjoy a game of petanque
On the other side of the pool a large outside summer kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, cooking range, Build-in BBQ and an authentic Pizza oven.
A large table for 14 persons awaits you to have some unforgettable evenings with family and friends.
Next to the kitchen there’s a toilet with basin and an outside shower (cold and warm water)
PRACTICAL
Our purpose is that you feel at home !
The house is fully equipped (coffee machine, blender, food processor, juicer, panini-toaster, etc…)
We provide bath towels, pool towels and bedlinnen.
Price does not include: final cleaning, energy
On request we can arrange a private cook to come and let you taste the best of Sicilian food
